This site is managed by Paul Swift on behalf of the Connecting People Hub.
The Hub was set up in 2012 to promote the ideas of community connecting as way to improve the social inclusion of people with learning disabilities. It is the culmination of 10 years work conducted by the Foundation for People with Learning Disabilities looking at best practice in community supports for this marginalised group.
The core team who have worked on a series of projects during that time are Paul, Molly Mattingly and Keith Bates. You can find out more about our work on the Foundation website.
