Some of the most useful lessons we can learn come from an idea or story shared with us by a colleague. The hub gives you a platform for doing this with a broad community of fellow connectors. 
We’d like to hear about your experiences of connecting in practice. These might be ideas or activities that you’ve tried, good solutions you’ve discovered for a particular problem, or something you’ve heard about from a colleague. We’d also love to hear about the outcomes that have been achieved for people supported by a connector.
